Leadership Foundations

Leadership Foundations is a self-paced learning series available exclusively to current Ontario Tech students. Designed for both emerging and experienced student leaders, the program introduces essential leadership concepts, communication tools, and community-minded practices that support strong, inclusive leadership across campus.

Through short videos, real scenarios, and guided reflections, you’ll build confidence in your ability to collaborate, support others, and navigate your role with purpose. Whether you’re a volunteer, mentor, club executive, event facilitator, or simply interested in growing as a leader, this course provides practical, accessible training you can apply on campus and beyond.

Complete the modules at your own pace. If you’re participating as a requirement of a student leadership role, your supervisor will let you know your deadline.
