This training provides faculty and staff with a practical and critical introduction to the use of generative artificial intelligence (generative AI) within higher education contexts.
Participants will explore how AI tools function, where they are commonly integrated into academic work, and how they can be used responsibly in teaching, research, and administrative practice. The training emphasizes ethical, safe, and critically informed AI use, including strategies for evaluating AI-generated content, protecting privacy and data security, and maintaining academic integrity.
Participants will also become familiar with institutional resources, frameworks, and supports that can guide effective and transparent AI use in instructional and scholarly environments.
